The short version
I am Waqas Mehmood. I build websites and business systems for Pakistani companies, and then I look after them. There is no team. When you send a message, it reaches me, and when your site breaks at nine at night, it is also me who fixes it.
Where the engineering comes from
BSc in Chemical Engineering, then an MSc in Total Quality Management, then five years working in industry. That is where the habit of writing the process down before changing it comes from, and it is the reason a backup gets tested here rather than assumed.
Where the business sense comes from
Five years in the family corporate gifts and printing business: laser printing, offset, B2B outreach, inventory, and the finance side of it. I have chased a purchase order, argued about a delivery date and priced a job at a margin that had to survive a client's counter offer. That is why an industrial supplier's website will not read like it was written by someone who has never seen a purchase order.
How I work now
I use AI tooling heavily, and I say so openly. It is why one person can deliver work that used to need a small team, and it is not a reason to charge you for a team that does not exist. What AI does not do is decide what your business needs. That part is a conversation with you.
The honest limits
I take a small number of projects at a time, so there is sometimes a queue and I will tell you what it is before you pay anything. I have a day job, so the work happens in the evenings, Pakistan time. I have never built a mobile app, so I do not sell one. And if a bigger agency is genuinely the better fit for your project, I will say that too.
